About

Alosanar was founded in 2024 by Emmanuel Daniel, former Microsoft global facilities and data center executive. Emmanuel spearheaded the smart buildings program for Microsoft globally including extensive physical, cultural and programmatic redevelopment of the East Campus in Redmond, WA. He notably led expansion of the data center capacity from 200 to 500 facilities while investing up to $2B per month and expanding the global team.

While developing and operating more than 300 data centers, and working with a wide variety of service providers, he observed a resistance to innovation with the traditional but necessary vendor community including a profound lack of smart building technology awareness and skillsets. Additionally, there was an inefficiency and dependency on man-power which was not scalable. With the onset of the AI era this innovation gap is now increasing rapidly and becoming an operational and competitive risk to data center owners, operators and occupants.

The company has assembled the most experienced executives and solution partners in data center, artificial intelligence, facility, technology, scaling, and operations.

Alosanar is operating in a variety of capacities, including consulting, design, construction management, BESS solutions, financing and joint venture partnerships.

In addition to design and build capabilities Alosanar is developing a proprietary large language model (LLM) specifically for data center facility management. The model will be complemented by task-oriented agents that are orchestrated specifically for data centers.
